Consider enhancing the testing information in http://swcarpentry.github.io/r-novice-inflammation/02-func-R/index.html using for example

testhat https://testthat.r-lib.org/
RUnit https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RUnit/ Currently, the allequal test is poorly motivated.
