Update 01-starting-with-data.Rmd #591

Earlier the participants were told to create script.R but here the lesson expects them to run by only pressing ENTER which does not work in the script.R file. We have to type CTRL+ENTER. Added changes to accommodate for both scenarios.

Thank you!

Thank you for your pull request

:robot: This automated message can help you check the rendered files in your submission for clarity. If you have any questions, please feel free to open an issue in {sandpaper}.

If you have files that automatically render output (e.g. R Markdown), then you should check for the following:

Rendered Changes

:mag: Inspect the changes: https://github.com/swcarpentry/r-novice-inflammation/compare/md-outputs..md-outputs-PR-591

The following changes were observed in the rendered markdown documents:

 01-starting-with-data.md | 2 +-
 md5sum.txt | 2 +-
 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-)
What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible. This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

Working in the Script.R is recommended as it is helpful for future reproducibility.

Thanks for the catch! On my own machine at least, both 'Enter' and 'CTRL+Enter' work in the console so maybe we should mention just this solution since it covers all situation.

What do you think?

Thanks @annajiat and @Bisaloo. I went ahead and put this in, in these cases more is better (since it doesn't add too many lines anyway).
