Add abstract #1

Added an abstract that introduces the aims of the HPCCarpentry workshop, and the vision for HPCCarpentry at SC. There's a 200 word limit, and room for at least 50 more words.

I think we should have the angle: "HPCCarpentry is designed to be forked and customized for different HPC sites, but we present at Supercomputing a representative workshop". Thoughts?
