changing shell disadvantage bullet point wording #1408

After proposing a new wording regarding the disadvantage of using a CLI at https://github.com/swcarpentry/shell-novice/issues/1404#issuecomment-1581922313 I was encouraged to make a PR and here it is!

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
