Not consistent on how many assay files Nelle has #720

pipe-filter says 17 (which I think is consistent with data-shell)

The loops episode says:

1518 times 5 seconds, divided by 60, tells her that her script will take about two hours to run. As a final check, she opens another terminal window, goes into north-pacific-gyre/2012-07-03, and uses cat stats-NENE01729B.txt to examine one of the output files. It looks good, so she decides to get some coffee and catch up on her reading.

I usually tell learners that these 17 files are a small subset of the total data that Nelle has (data from one day of her expedition). Perhaps we could be consistent with this idea in the wording throughout the lesson?
