Adding Belinda Weaver's feedback #521

Hi Greg Re: #521https://github.com/swcarpentry/training-course/pull/521.

For some reason this has not gone into the blog properly – it is on the website if you try this URL – http://swcarpentry.github.io/training-course/2015/04/belinda-weaver-feedback/ but it has not gone into the blog proper.

I can’t see any reason why – I’ve compared my header with Karl Broman’s and can’t see any difference between them except my tags didn’t have first initial capitals. Could it be that? It seems a bit minor.

I really hoped I had done this right so I am really sorry.

It looks like the post got placed in the root directory instead of in _submissions/round-12/5.
