Recent errata and fixes #317

Various minor recent errata and fixes. The two copies of U-3PO is intentional. One replaces the currently used filename, the other one has the properly standardized filename.

Originally this PR was just for some recent errata and fixes, but the timing worked out to add in the Set 12 Remastered cards as well (there aren't many, Set 12 is a tiny set).
