Update compatible VSCode versions #12

Unable to install 'softwaredotcom.swdc-100-days-of-code' extension because it is not compatible with the current version of VS Code (version 1.42.0).

@HerkTG we may be using APIs not compatible with that version. We'll look into it.

@HerkTG updated to work for ^1.35 in v1.0.6.
