Feature request concerning code time and its offline usage #391

SUMMARY
1. Installed VS Code on my PC and auto-sync my data which included code time extension for some reason it didn't record the time spent coding until I logged back in (which took days). A feature that saves the time spent coding even if a user is not logged in and then synchronizes it when the user gets logged in would be great. 
2. For me code time does not record the time spent coding when the PC is not connected to the internet.
