Complying with kddi ChatWork for downloading logs. And, add new function that enables downloading all room's chat logs. #5

This PR is continuation of #4.

4 enables using goodbye_chatwork for only showing chat room list.

This PR complies downloading logs and files.

I wannated download all room's chat logs. So I added new function that enables downloading all room's chat logs.

@hirokishirai Thank you for your PR. I will merge and release new version. Since KDDI support and all room download is a different feature, please make a separate PR from the next time.
