Semantic Model's search service should return group id with notes, meetings and discussions

As it is, it is not possible to query notes, meetings and discussions resources from their respective services without providing group id. In order to get necessary information for these items, search function should also supply relevant group ids and optionally, but preferably, group name so we can query these models and redirect user to these objects successfully.

You can query each entity by its identifier with following services;

• Meeting with "/v1/meeting/get" service
• Note with "/v1/note/query" service
• Discussion with "/v1/discussion/query" service
