What changes were made?

I made the changes to the text color from white to black. I could not see these changes locally as it shows a blank page, and I would like a response to my above concern. Feel free to deny the pull request if these changes are not up to the club standards, but I hope these changes are good enough.

Why are these changes important/necessary?

The contrast with the lilac color background and the black text color would help contrast the bright to dark. It would help those with vision who might not adjust to the brightness.

@evnxprk hi, thanks for contributing. We're about to introduce SWECC lab at UW and these issues are prioritized for our student members as part of this initiative. We appreciate your help and will consider your PR if the issue remains open after a few weeks.
