IS-145 Fixes so that we don't have to point out default beans #146

Fixes issue https://github.com/swedenconnect/signservice/issues/145

In the engine configuration we don't have to point out default beans for protocol handler, signature handler and key and certificate handler. However, if we have more than one common bean for the same type this will still be needed.

Will make configuration of engines less complex.
