Change name to Sweden Connect #50

Currently the Swedish E-Identification Board is the owner of the Swedish eID Framework. Since the Swedish E-Identification Board will cease to exist and be part of a new authority, we will change all references from the Swedish E-Identification Board to Sweden Connect.

We will also change the logotypes.
