Update deployment profile and BankID-profile with references to Principal selection #82

We should update Deployment Profile for the Swedish eID Framework and Implementation Profile for BankID Identity Providers within the Swedish eID Framework with references to Principal Selection in SAML Authentication Requests.

We also need to update the Principal Selection-specification with an extension for metadata declaration.
