In the Implementation Profile for BankID Identity Providers within the Swedish eID Framework we define the entity category URI http://id.swedenconnect.se/general-ec/1.0/bankid/qr-code.

We should make a change so that there is a generic URI for this purpose that have affect also for other IdP:s.
