Trackpad issues when enabling the ATI Radeon kext

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the driver on a Mobility HD3650 (0x9691)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The trackpad should work, instead I have to plug an external mice. But if I 
remove the ext, it works fine!!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OSX 10.6.3 with the ATI Radeon release of [5/26/2010]

Do not know how to help.. I am able to run any test that is required..
