No QE/CI for mobility 3470 #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install driver
2. notice qe/ci missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting QE/CI to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SL 10.6.6

Please provide any additional information below.

The driver works ok and I am able to adjust the resolution, but unless QE is 
implemented, there's not much you can do with a mac os installation.

does not work on 10.6.8. and does not work on 10.7.x. I hope to change 
resolution to 1440x900 only. The dev id is: 95c4
