Added to pivotal, might do it after upgrading to bootstrap. Bootstrap have a tooltip, for both new. and old. But sticking on old make things harder to change
It would be good to fill, the left column with some info on what is meant by the status: Accepted, 1st Reading, 2nd reading etc.
