Sweep: Cleanup and Improve Logging in sweepai/api.py

In the file sweepai/api.py, there are several areas that need to be addressed:

1. There are numerous commented out lines of code throughout the file. These should be removed if they are not needed, or uncommented and completed if they are still relevant. This includes several TODO comments that need to be addressed.

2. The error logs in the file do not use traceback. This should be added to provide more detailed error information.

3. There are many info logs in the file. Please review these and remove any that are not necessary.

Please make these changes to improve the readability and maintainability of the code.
