Sweep: Update commented out code and logging in sweepai/core/entities.py

In the file sweepai/core/entities.py, there are a few issues that need to be addressed:

2. The comment on line 274 seems to be outdated as it refers to a "double colon regex" which is not present in the code. This comment should be updated or removed.
3. The logger.warning on line 63 does not use traceback. This should be updated to include traceback for better error logging.
4. There are info logs on lines 144 and 159 that seem to be for debugging purposes. These logs should be removed.
