Embed classy donation form #6

Hi Jon, Happy Friday! I need some technical help and am hoping you can help or point me in the right direction.

I am trying to integrate our Classy page into our website so that people can input their info and donate directly from our site, vs opening a new page on classy's site.

Here is an example of what I'd want ours to act/look like: https://www.barnsanctuary.org/donate/

I created a new page called: http://www.sweetfarm.org/donate via Squarespace, but am getting a little confused when it comes to the URL building part.

In researching, I think we want option B (Pass Thru URL parameters). It sounds pretty straightforward until it gets to manually creating the URL: https://support.classy.org/customer/en/portal/articles/2311918

Can you take a quick look and LMK if this all makes sense and if you have any solutions?

I'm a bit of a Squarespace novice so have been hacking my way around, but want to make sure this is done correctly!
