Horizontal Scroll Sound Not Present in TouchWiz Launcher #399

1. Double tap on the app drawer icon on the TouchWhiz Launcher.

2. Try moving from page to page with the scroll gesture.

3. Ascending and descending tones are not heard even when Talkback sounds are 
turned on in settings.

AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 Active

I have identically the same exact device, and identically the same setup down 
to a T.  I can confirm that this problem is definitely 
reproducablereproduceable.
