What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch TalkBack.
2. Touch a progress bar.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: I'll hear what percentage the progress bar is displaying.
Additionally, it might be nice to provide tones that indicate progress, since
these are useful for communicating download or other progress quickly and are
in line with how other screen readers (Spiel, NVDA, Orca) act.
Actual: No feedback is provided.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TalkBack 4.2.0B1, Android 4.4.4
