Possible options:

Update the MountainLink data class to a ForecastLink data class and incorporate another property: volcano vs. region
Order list alphabetically
Order list first by volcano or region, then alphabetically
Order list first alphabetically by volcanoes, then Bend NOAA, then other regions

This decision should extend to the naming convention of what is being stored in the fragment. Are they mountains or forecasts?

The first point, about changing naming scheme was completed in previous PRs.

PR #21 also separates the emoji from the name for more data flexibility

It was decided that the ordering of the ForecastLinks is best allowed to be controlled by giving the user options in a settings bar. This is addressed in #20
