Originally I'd thought we could get by with a single repo, perhaps even a shared codebase, to facilitate setup across Windows and Linux machines though I no longer think that's viable/helpful anyway.
As such I think we should rename this to allow for non-confusing names with the creation of a new repo to handle linux
