Fix swell-hosting

• Upgraded horizon from v0.4.0 to v0.5.0
• Upgraded node from v16.18 to v16.20 to support yarn
• Replaced npm with yarn
• Fixed lint errors
• Apply defaults strategy in sync script to avoid losing theme changes.
• Add cdn.swell.store into supported domains in next.config.js.
• Removed line-clamp plugin in tailwind.config.js since it is added by default.
