fetching food facts from barcode with API #319

This PR integrates calls to the OpenFoodFacts API that fetches information about a product from the barcode information. This feature will be paired with the scanning of product barcodes and the fetching of recipes in order to be able to deliver recipes based on ingredients scanned.
