Show ActivityPub ID on user profile #5

We should show the user's ActivityPub ID on the user's profile if they are opted in (#1). Something like:

Your Fediverse identifier for this site is username@example.com or https://example.com/user/123/activitypub. Try entering @username@example.com in Mastodon or Friendica search.
