Nested comments with syndications generate multiple webmentions #493

This currently happens when it comes from bridgy, however, I can imagine other sites sending multiple webmentions too depending on their setup. So in the end, it's something that should probably be solved internally. See https://realize.be/notes/2058 as an example.

Let's rethink, because we can do a check using u-url and uid!
