When editing a longer song, BEAST always plays from start, which is annoying if I want to edit a section which is not near the start position. Bitwig doesn't have this issue, because there is a marker (blue triangle) that can be set by the user, which indicates where clicking play should start playing. Whenever I click play, the playing starts at the marker.
Clicking stop on an already stopped song resets that marker to the start of the song.
