BEAST can play all general midi instruments, now that we have SoundFont. We have piano, trumpet, strings, drumkits,... in the Fluid_R3 soundfont. It would be cool if the midi importer would be able to assign the instruments from the information in the midi file, so importing a general midi file and pressing play would just play that file.
