Use Github builtin releases assets for binary distribution #31

Hi,

I was looking for a simple way to play SFX soundfont under Linux and I came across liquidsfz and I wanted to say Thanks !. This works surprisingly well !

I noticed that the download link points out to an external domain. Do you know that you can use Githib's releases assets for binary distribution ? This is the place I look first to find binaries, and generally there are here.
