All bands are being injected into each chip! #9

Stolen from slack: The ngmix_catalog should know which band to inject in given the nullwt name. But it is being overwritten by the global config that is passed in bal_config.yaml. It was copied over a long time ago when ngmix_catalog simulations were done in a slightly different way. So the global

input : ngmix_catalog
    bands : 'griz'
    ....

(which is being used to determine how many bands to iterate over) is also overwriting each chip injection to inject all bands at every injection

While there are still photometry issues (see #11), this bug seems to have been correctly fixed.
