Playing as GDR, working with the Chinese, got drafted into a war with Tibet, however Tibet land is still recognized as at peace with me so I can't move any troops onto their land. Started in late 1968-69 and still going through 73. Not too much of an issue, however I can't send volunteer forces anywhere now as I'm recognized as at war
