The last line in error.log is: [11:57:44][1952.01.01.10][trigger.cpp:432]: common/decisions/PRC_50s.txt:268: state: Invalid Scope, supported: State, provided: Country (but I don't know if this is important)

the latest version of the game and mode (game started a few days ago), no other mod is used error.log
