Update for extended CfP deadline #47

I hope, I got everything right. I am curious whether the strikethrough in https://github.com/swibcon/swib.org/blob/d612e7fff77ea20ac87168a70faebfad8a07ee26/etc/html_tmpl/cfp.md.inc#L66 will be rendered as expected in the HTML.
