This is not a bug, you do not have the Ruby gem for this driver installed. If 
you pull up the Metasploit console, type: db_driver and see which database 
drivers you have available to you. Having MySQL installed does not mean you 
have the Ruby gem installed.

Also, you need to update your Metasploit to the latest version. Issue an "svn 
update ." in the current directory.

Thanks for filing this as an issue though, I will update the FAQ to address 
this commonly encountered problem.
