Thunderbird 60.0 fixes #56

This fixes errors which break this extension on Thunderbird 60.0. Tested on Arch Linux, with Thunderbird 60.0 and gnome-keyring 1:3.28.2-1.

Thanks. I don't use Thunderbird and don't have a compatible Firefox version around. Since you're still actively using this addon on Thunderbird would you be interested in taking over the project?

While JavaScript is not my strongest language, I think I could fix stuff that breaks with Thunderbird updates. However, the future is bleak, see: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/Add-ons_Guide_62 for example. I do not expect legacy add-ons to be supported by Thunderbird in the long run, and WebExtensions arent there yet, #48.

Alright, thanks for the heads up. So it seems like this gets useless even on Thunderbird soon in which case I'll merge your stuff and release a new version. Hopefully it's the last time.
