Are the lines after EPD optional? #1

The original version of the SWICO Validator reported an error when the three additional lines after EPD were not included (as empty lines), even though SIX defines them to be optional.

The validator published on 21 August 2019 is now properly aligned with the specification. The QR-code payload may end with EPD.

Fields RmtInf.AddInf.StrdBkgInf and AltPmtInf.AltPmt[...] may be absent or empty.
