What should /20/ contain? #2

A software editor asked, what information the /20/ customer reference should contain.

The /20/ customer reference provides the billee (the customer who receives the invoice) with a reference that can be used to match the QR-bill with an order.

This should therefore map to the reference provided by the customer at the time of the order. It should not be confused with a customer ID, which is usually assigned by the biller, and which cannot be represented using any of the currently defined tags.
