A rewrite and cleanup of the LibP2PCrypto package.

This includes support for both macOS platforms (using Security and CommonCrypto) and Linux platforms (using CryptoSwift).
Replaced Raw keys with Common protocols
Removed redundant code.
Organized folder structure.
Added a few more tests
Removed unused EC keys
