Looks good - might be worth adding some test cases to see how old tooling fails with new bootloader, just to understand. If I recall, it just hung waiting for a response that never came back (which should be ok).

Completion criteria: Test bootloader v2.0 release candidate as outlined in completion criteria https://github.com/swift-nav/piksi_tools/pull/66. Put bootloader v2.0 (and older releases) up on downloads.swiftnav.com. Integrate new bootloader into Piksi bringup/QA.
