As requested, swift should support 8.33 kHz COM frequency spacing.
The channel spacing can easily be changed in BlackMisc::Aviation::CComSystem. Some more work is needed to update the GUI and ensure correct synchronization of 8.33 kHz frequencies to the simulators (if possible).
