Use VATSIM Booking API to fetch ATC bookings or remove ATC booking feature #252

vroute is EOL since 01.01.2024 [1]. This may also affect VATBOOK. The currently used VATBOOK URL of swift (euroutepro) also does not resolve anymore.

VATSIM provides a new ATC booking API [2].

Should we adapt the new API or remove this feature altogether? I do not remember any user feedback about broken bookings, so I assume that this feature is rarely used.
