primerclip error with unspecific reason #9

Hello, I tried to run primerclip binary with the default parameters but got the following error: primerclip: loadlocale.c:129: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion `cnt < (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))' failed.

ldd --version returned 2.31.
