Notes:

This branch solely addresses migration to Swift 3 and changes to the codebase were made to accomodate this migration.

Further changes to the codebase are outside the scope of this pull request.

Changes:

Migrate to Swift 3.
Change Xcode schemes and target names, making them dynamic.
