That sounds like they're using an old -swift-version
on macOS, which I don't believe swift-corelibs-foundation fully supports (i.e. it doesn't keep around the old names for operations). @millenomi?

Do you want me to change complier setting on MacOS to confirm you suspicion? The swift version settings are odd to me still.
