Change links to new location #86

Summary

This fixes some 404s and dead links, especially with documentation. It's also necessary to change the project link in the GitHub settings, but that obviously must be done by a maintainer.

Testing

I tried to make sure I didn't miss any links and didn't break any existing ones, but it's worth a check.

Made the changes you requested. Let me know if you still want me to change package.swift

Thank you. Like I said, I think this change to the Package.swift file is fine since there's only one dependency and it has moved to a new organization.
