Windows ARM installer shows version 0.0.0

I installed the 6.0 Windows ARM toolchain from July 27 and it still shows Swift as version 0.0.0. That's really confusing. Should it not say 6.0.0?

The Windows x86_64 installer does say 6.0.0

Ugh, this seems like a packaging bug, thanks for reporting it!
